Bernardine King is a globally recognised senior leader in human capital risk, workforce compliance, corporate investigations, employee and labour relations, audit management and acquisition risk profiling, with more than 25 years’ experience advising and leading complex people strategies across multinational organisations.
She brings deep expertise in designing and implementing global, regional and country compliance, service delivery centres of excellence, enterprise-wide HR frameworks, programs and
governance models—supporting organisations to meet regulatory obligations while operating effectively across multiple jurisdictions. Bernardine has led large-scale organisational integrations and compliance transformations, delivering people and workforce frameworks that are both globally consistent and locally compliant.
Highly regarded by senior executives, legal teams, and HR leaders, Bernardine is known for building scalable, end-to-end compliance, employee and labour relations operating models that reduce risk, improve accountability, and stand up to regulatory and stakeholder scrutiny. Her advisory work spans multiple industries and geographies, with particular strength in navigating cross-border complexity, regulatory divergence, and operational risk.
